Vox Ordo Affiliate Agreement

Between InsyncTech, Inc. ("Vox Ordo", "we") and the approved affiliate ("you"). Applying constitutes acceptance of the version shown above; material changes create a new version and you'll be asked to re-accept.

1 · Commission

• 10% recurring commission on subscription revenue only (Pro, Elite) from customers you refer. Add-ons — compute, minutes, email, SMS — are excluded.
• Your rate reflects your retained base: 12% once 100 referred users are retained beyond 30 days, 15% at 500 retained. Rates apply to your entire book and adjust with retention in both directions.
• Payouts run monthly via Stripe on the 1st for the prior month's active referred subscriptions. Refunded or charged-back subscriptions are excluded and may be clawed back.

2 · Attribution

• Your referral link sets a 30-day cookie. A signup within that window attributes to you for the life of the subscription.
• Attribution is by our recorded data; the signed ledger is the system of record.

3 · Qualification

• An active paid Vox Ordo subscription is required to become and remain a qualified affiliate. If your subscription lapses, your link pauses and payouts hold until it's reinstated.
• Affiliate perk: +1 agent-hour per month on top of your plan's allocation, for as long as you're active. The perk never includes unpaid compute.
• New affiliates are on a 60-day probation measured on retention, refund rate, and fraud signals of referred customers.

4 · Conduct — the rules you acknowledged at application

• FTC disclosure on every placement, clearly and conspicuously.
• No brand-term bidding: never bid on "Vox Ordo" or misspellings in any ad platform.
• No self-referral: your link may not be used for your own or your household's purchases.
• No incentivized or coupon-site placement.
• No spam: unsolicited bulk outreach ends the partnership.
• Paid promotion must be declared at application (and re-declared if you start later).
• Use only the approved brand assets and copy laws we provide (the agent is never gendered; no emoji in brand surfaces).

5 · Suspension & termination

• Violations suspend your link and hold payouts pending review; brand-bidding and fraud (cookie-stuffing, self-referral, conversion anomalies) are permanent terminations with clawback of affected commissions.
• Either party may end the partnership any time; earned, non-disputed commissions through the end date are paid on the normal schedule.
• Inactivity (no branded mention for 60 days) pauses — not revokes — your link; one fresh post reactivates it.

6 · General

• You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, or representative of InsyncTech, Inc., and may not make commitments on our behalf.
• We may update program terms; material changes are versioned and re-accepted. Commission changes never apply retroactively to already-earned amounts.
